This review is long overdue, because I can confidently say this is one of, if not THE, best electrolysis experiences I've had, and I'm so grateful I found this amazing clinic.

I've had electrolysis done in the past, but the results I've seen over the last 6 months with Surila and Monika have been the most consistent and impressive I've ever experienced. They use the galvanic-thermolysis blend method which has been incredibly effective for me - my unwanted hair has thinned out significantly and I'm genuinely excited to start treating other areas of my body with them.

At this point, they know me so well that they can read me instantly - they can tell right away if something is feeling too sensitive and immediately adjust the settings, change needle types or add numbing cream or aftercare. Their ability to respond in real time to my sensitivity levels that day is actually amazing.

I primarily see Surila for my face and neck - she's incredibly meticulous, gentle and always makes me feel comfortable. And Monika handles most of the rest of my treatments, and she's fantastic as well - especially for longer sessions or weekend appointments. Both of them are extremely detail-oriented and really listen to feedback.

The clinic itself is clean, warm, and welcoming. I've only worked with Surila and Monika so far, but I'm sure Manjula is just as wonderful - they're all part of the same generous and experienced family who have been doing this for decades. It shows. Their expertise and professionalism are obvious from the moment you walk in, and they tailor every treatment to the individual.

They're also incredibly understanding and flexible with scheduling, which I appreciate, and prices are fair - especially given the level of care and experience they bring. They've treated so many people over the years, including high-profile clients, and it's clear why people trust them.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews I've seen, and they don't reflect what I've encountered at all. My experience has been nothing but positive and I would recommend this clinic to anyone considering electrolysis.

Thank you ladies for such a wonderful experience thus far - you've made something that could be intimidating and painful feel completely manageable and comfortable and I appreciate the care and kindness you've put into every session.
